Saints & Sports aims for our customers to enjoy a fuss free shopping experience.
These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to www.saintsandsports.com (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you.

Saints & Sports ("Saints & Sports”, "we", "us") Site and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our website. Please read these T&Cs carefully before placing an order. By using our Site, you signify your acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by these T&Cs. Please check this page regularly to note any changes which may have been made to the Terms & Conditions.

This Site may also contain links (the “Linked Sites”) to external websites, which are not operated, governed or monitored by Saints & Sports. Saints & Sports has no control over these Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them, the content and services offered, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of these Linked Sites is subject to their respective terms of use contained within each site.

 

Orders and Payments
In order to make purchases on the Site, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and other requested information as indicated. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your details in all orders. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.

The price payable by you for the Product shall be the price of the Product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site, and any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

 

Payment Currency
Saints & Sports processes all orders in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

While the content of your cart will display in your selected currency, the checkout will use SGD at the most current exchange rate.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer complimentary shipping to all Singapore addresses with tracking information.
  • Worldwide shipping (except Indonesia and the United States of America) at a flat rate of SGD $25 with tracking information.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damaged goods sustained during delivery.

Self-collection
Only available for Singapore orders.

 

Sales Tax, Customs and Import Charges
For orders shipped to Singapore, prices shown are inclusive of sales tax.

For orders shipped to any country outside of Singapore, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs.

Saints & Sports has no control over these charges and we are not able to advice on the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

Discounts
Discounts are not stackable and not applicable to items on sale.

Saints & Sports reserves the right to nullify any discounts if discount codes were discovered to be misused.

 

Refunds
All items sold are strictly non-refundable.

 

Returns
At Saints & Sports, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the delivered date or date of collection. All returns are processed in Store Credits. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for returns.

For returns to be eligible, do ensure the following:

  1. Item must be in the original condition as received.
  2. Item must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. All original tags, packaging and garment bags must be intact and in good condition.
  4. Returned in the original Saints & Sports delivery bag.

We try hard to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition, in their original state. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to return a product to us

  1. Request a return by emailing us at contact@saintsandsports.com
  2. Complete the returns form. Indicate the reason for return.
  3. Check that the product has the original tags and is placed in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  4. The product is in your care until it reaches us! Do place the product back into the same delivery bag which was delivered to you and seal it as securely as possible.
  5. Send parcel to:

  • For domestic returns,
    • return the package at a SingPost counter or your preferred courier.
    • Registered or trackable mail is highly recommended. We shall not be responsible for lost mail if the return parcel is unregistered non-trackable.
  • For international returns,
    • return the package at your preferred postal service at your location.
    • Registered or trackable mail is highly recommended. We shall not be responsible for lost mail if the return parcel is unregistered non-trackable.
  • All postal fees and custom charges are borne by the customer.
    • For verification purposes, always keep your courier/postal service’s receipts and take note of all tracking numbers.
  • Please take care to secure your return parcel as well as possible and send it back with a courier service you trust. Saints & Sports is not responsible for missing return products and/or parcels in transit. The return parcel remains in your care until it reaches our warehouse.
  • Items purchased can only be returned in exchange for Store Credit. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds for returns.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Store Credits
Upon receipt of your product, we will check the following:

  1. Items must be in the original condition as received by customer.
  2. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. All original tags, packaging and garment bags must be intact and in good condition.
  4. Returned in the original Saints & Sports delivery bag.

If the above are satisfied, we will issue you a Store Credit for the product returned.

Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Shipping fees will NOT be credited to your Store Credit.

We will also notify you by email when the Shop Credit is credited to your account.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and are strictly non-refundable, non-extensible and non-reloadable.
  • Can be redeemed over multiple transactions, until its value has been fully utilized.
  • More than one Gift Card can be used in a single transaction.
  • Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with a Discount Code.

 

Privacy Policy
Saints & Sports is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this Site. We collect personal information in order to give you a more enjoyable, personal and convenient shopping experience.

The use of this Site signifies that you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the web sites to which we link.

When you submit information to us, sign up as a customer on our Site, visit our Site or follow us on social media, you agree and consent to Saints & Sports, including its related corporations, business units, parents and subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) to use your personal information.

Saints & Sports’ collection of customers’ information is crucial to the longevity of our business. We will not share or disclose your information to anyone except for approved third-party vendors (“Approved Third-Party Vendors”) who are hired for specific functions, including but not limited to order-fulfilling, delivery, postal mail, email, processing of payments and more. These vendors have access to your details, but may not use them for other purposes other than the function they have been hired to fulfil.

We may use your personal information to support and enhance your use of the Site, including without limitation: providing customer service; sending you marketing material through Electronic Direct Mailers and Direct Mailers; giving you gifts; fulfilling your order; and any other methods of supporting your use of our site.

When you sign up with us on our Site you will automatically be added to our electronic mailing list. You will receive marketing material, latest offerings, news and offers when you are on our electronic mailing list. If you do not wish to receive such offerings, you can unsubscribe by clicking “Unsubscribe”.

In the event of a merger or acquisition or sale involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale, we may transfer your personal information as an asset to the acquirer or partner.

We may disclose your information in order to comply with any requirement of the law, court order, governmental order or subpoena. In the event that your personal information might be provided to any third party for any reason other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, you will receive a notice from us.

With the use of our Services, you have agreed that we may use personal details provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and controls as and when required. Under such circumstances, the personal details you have provided may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency acceptably to us, which may keep a record of the information.

We reserve the right to amend and update our Privacy Policy whenever we deem fit. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be made here, and your continued use of the Site indicates your consent and assent to the Privacy Policy as posted.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction
The terms as stated and all contractual and non-contractual obligations arising out of, or connected, to them are governed and construed in accordance with Singapore Law. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms, the dispute or claim shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between Saints & Sports and you shall be made or conducted in the English language.
