• Worldwide shipping at a flat rate of SGD $25 with tracking details.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damaged goods sustained during delivery.

 

Can I self-collect my orders?

• Yes, only for Singapore orders.
• During checkout, select "Pick up".
• Kindly wait for the notification email before heading down to pick up. 
• Pick up timing: 
  • Mon-Fri: 11am-5pm

 

When will I know if my order is ready for delivery or self-collection?

• Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email with tracking details for delivery or instructions for self-collection.

 

How long do I have to wait before my order arrives or is ready for self-collection?

• For Singapore orders, it will take approximately 3-5 business days.
• For International orders, it will take approximately 5-10 business days.
